  • Monitored and reported OOS’s resulting in less OOS lines and sales increase
  • Set up compliance checks on paid locations & set targets to re-secure paid for space in store resulting in increased sales.
  • Established a regular visit program that strengthened in-store relationships which we were able to significantly leverage during promotional periods for incremental off locations and additional orders of stock.
  • Worked closely with our client’s account managers to provide specialised face to face training to the dedicated field team resulting in greater understanding of required outcomes and produced extraordinary outcomes in retail stores.
